Cybil-FELINE MARTHA STEWART

Cybil here. This may amaze you in one so young (I’m just a year old), but I have already gained a formidable reputation as a self-help guru. Ask my host mom. Thanks to my help she is looking better, eating healthier, and leading a much better life now that I am here. I hate to leave her on her own, but it’s time for me to find a permanent position. I am ready to bring my expertise to my furr-ever home. Unsure what to wear? I can help. Fish or fowl for dinner? I know the answer. It is no mistake that I’m known as the Martha Stewart of the feline world. I am the foodie in my foster family. There is little I won’t try. My palate is extensive, and I have quite the sweet tooth! Under my tutelage my foster mom has become a helpful sous chef. Of course, I instruct her every step of the way when she cooks our feline and her human meals. I make sure to taste test all of our feline dishes to make sure they are just right. (Sadly, the same option is not available for the human food – oh, well, it’s their loss.) I also help my foster mom get ready for work every morning. Heaven only knows how she would look when she left the house without me there to let her know if she is having a bad hair day and help her pick out the right outfit. I also am careful to put aside enough “me time,” since it so important to maintain my positive outlook. I spend a lot of my day on my warm bed in front of the kitchen window, watching the birds and squirrels, and thinking of the amazing recipes I could create with them! I am very shy at first, but with patience and time, I open up quickly to my human companions. I am very good at telling my foster family when I want some attention by rubbing up against their leg or giving them head butts. I love spending time with my foster family, especially watching TV together. I am skittish with sudden movements, chaos, and loud noises, so I would be happier in a quiet home with older children. I have 2 foster brothers who are kittens. I tolerate them, but my best efforts have not made them any less irritating. I really would prefer older siblings. I have not lived with dogs, but I think as long as they are lazy and don’t chase after me, I could work my magic with them. I have lived my whole life with my sister Ms. Comet. We are not bonded, so we don’t have to be adopted together, but it would be a bonus if we were. If you’re a family that would welcome my services, I guarantee you will soon see the results.
