Cosmo

Cosmo is a very sweet and playful boy. He gets along great with all the cats in the house. He does not know what dogs are nor what kids are. He loves human contact and loves to be scratched and kissed and loved on. Loves his toys - boy does he ever! For a once- feral kitten, he has adapted to domesticated life quite quickly. Cosmo had a rough start in life. As I was feeding a colony of cats, I happened across him sleeping in the container that the other feral cats' food goes into. It was in the dead of winter this past year. I knew I had to trap him quite quickly. Luckily within a couple of days, it was success and he was now in my care. The poor little three month old kitten was in bad shape. A few trips to the vet, some medication, a warm bed and food and water transformed this little scruffy three month old kitten into a lovely cat. That's how this poor guy started his life. Since he started his life out as a feral kitten, he needs to be in a home that has another cat or even two. He loves the companionship of other cats. A home without a dog and maybe with older children who know how to care for a cat would be best suited for Cosmo. He is an indoor cat only . He is harness and leash trained. If you wanted to take him outside, you could put him on a harness and a leash and let him roam around in the grass. He seems to want fresh grass to eat so I always have a pot of fresh cat grass on hand. He has a wonderful appetite, he eats a bowl of wet food twice a day. He always has dry food available. He loves fresh cooked salmon and chicken, and he loves his cat treats. Cosmo has no physical issues or health issues. Is a bit picky about his wet food. He insists on Fancy Feast Petites.
