Cobalt was found as a stray by one of our TNR volunteers. He was very emaciated and not in the greatest shape but he was still so incredibly sweet! Cobalt takes just a second to warm up to people but once he does he becomes the sweetest and goofiest boy! He loves pets and attention and wants nothing more than for you to be around and give him pets. But once you start petting him he doesn't want you to stop, he is also a goofy drooly boy! He drools when he is very happy. Cobalt has had a rough start to life but he hasn't let that stop him. Cobalt is just waiting on a family to call his own!
