My Story

Cleo is a spayed, 2 year old calico. She would love nothing more than to have a forever home. She was rescued from the Sunset Park neighborhood in Brooklyn and has adjusted very well to indoor life. Cleo would thrive best in a relaxed environment where she can have room to groom herself, soak up a sunny window, and be her peaceful self. She is a very well-mannered, affectionate, and a highly intelligent cat. She may get along with resident cats that you already have! She is very independent and low-maintenance. She loves wet canned food and would very much prefer it over dry. Given her outdoor history, she is not a picky eater when it comes to treats. She also loves pet wheat and oat grass that is sold in most pet food stores. Cleo likes occasional playtime as well as napping at all hours of the day. She is looking for a stable environment where she can be consistently comfortable. This cat has mild dental disease and will need dental surgery sometime in the near future -- we'd be happy to arrange this upon adoption at a discounted rate, or you can handle it later at your own vet. Let us know if you have any questions. This cat can be adopted as a single cat or with a calm companion.
