My Story

Chocolate is a homeless kitty who found his way to my feral colony that I care for. When I discovered Chocolate he was very skinny and had serious flea issues. He is much improved in appearance since he had some Revolution, was vaccinated and wormed, though, with all the rummaging around in the area, you can see he could stand to have a brushing now and again. This poor kitty is not valueless” (not that any of these animals are) and I would love to see him have a warm bed at night with someone to pet and pay attention to him. Unlike the shyer ferals who often allow us to pet them but not to pick up or confine in our arms, Chocolate craves attention. I am able to pick him up and hold him, he is really comfortable with being held. He doesn't like the other boys around there to see him being goofy though. I pick him up and hug him every time I'm there. When he spent the night at my house I discovered he was litter box trained and a perfect gentleman. There simply put is no room in a foster home for Chocolate. Hopefully someone might find it in their heart to “adopt” Chocolate. He was of course vet examined, neutered, wormed, given Revolution… he is just, through no fault of his own, truly homeless!
