Hi! My name is Chloe and I'm 4 years old. I love lounging in cozy corners or inside a box, but my current favorite spot is the hammock. I'm a very shy girl, and I only allow gentle touches around my face. A soft stroke in my forehead, along my cheeks and under my chin is where I feel the most comfortable and secure. I'm spayed, fully vaccinated, FeLV/FIV negative and looking for a patient and experienced cat parent since I'm still in the phase of trusting humans. I will thrive in a calm and serene environment where I can gradually come out of my shell at my own pace. If you want to adopt me, please follow the next steps: The first step to adopt a cat from Save a Gato is to fill out the pre-adoption form, which can be found at: https://www.saveagato.com/available-cats. Simply click the "Here" button and you will be redirected to a Google form which can be filled out. Although our cats are all located in Puerto Rico, they can fly to mainland US. We can usually find flight angels to bring the cat to you once you are approved for adoption. We don't charge for arranging the trip, but adopter is responsible for travel pet fee charged by airlines, which is usually $95 to $125 depending on the airlines. The adopter is also responsible for the travel bag, which costs $35 and the adopter gets to keep it when picking up the cat at the airport.
