My Story
My name is Chloe. I'm a cute little black cat, about the size of a football, and I'm around a year old so I'm done growing. I am a little shy at first, but once I get to know you, you'll find I'm quite affectionate. One of my favorite things is to curl up in someone's lap and take a nice long nap. I'm good at napping anywhere (I am, after all, a house-cat), but I think I sleep better when people are nearby. I am also very playful. The guy I'm living with right now has bought me some balls, toy mice, and other things to swat around, but believe it or not, I prefer playing with wine corks. I'm not really
sure why. Most of the time, I'm pretty laid back, but every once in a while, I amuse myself by chasing around creatures only I can see. You may not be able to see them, but watching me bolt around the house from time to time should be fun for you. For about the last year, since I was quite young, I have lived with a
student in Pocatello. I've been well cared for, and I know he hates to see me go, but I'm apparently not good for his seasonal allergies, which is hard on
both of us. I'll nuzzle up for a little love or a nap, and he'll start sneezing so hard the house shakes. He's putting on a brave face, but I know he'll miss me. In any case, we both need your help. I need a place to live, and he needs to know I'll be safe and loved.
So come meet me. Give me a quick scratch behind the ears; you'll fall in love. Don't worry, I won't bite. If you would like to meet Chloe or find out more information about her, please call the Bingham County Humane Society at (208) 680-3881 and ask for Sandy's foster Chloe. Please leave a clear message with your name and number and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
