Chester was relinquished when his elderly owner passed away; his owner Susan was heavily involved in animal welfare and spay/neuter in San Diego which Smittens is so passionate about.
After many rotten teeth extracted, Chester is ready for his new home. He is a mellow purr-machine who's only goal on life is to seek out a lap to fall asleep purring on. He gets along well with most other animals.
He did have some facial twitching and limb stiffness when he came into rescue, which has resolved with daily Keppra.
