Meet Chessi - the queen of cuddling and ball-fetching! Wondering whether or not to get a cat or a dog? Well look no further than the wonderous Chessi who is the perfect mix of both! Chessi is a sweet and silly young kitty who loves to act like a dog by playing interactive games like fetch and even taking a walk outside on her harness during the warmer months of the year. Chessi is such a love bug who really appreciates human affection and loves to build a deep connection with humans who spend time with her. Chessi originally came into foster care with her dad kitty over a year ago and while he has since been adopted, Chessi is still on the hunt for her forever people. We have no idea where they have been hiding, because Chessi is ready and waiting!! Chessi's ideal forever home would include a young kitty pal for her to befriend and adventure with. If you already have a resident cat, that is perfect! Otherwise, we have plenty of cats and kittens who are available to go home with her, including foster cats in her foster home who already know and adore her. Chessi hasn't spent time with dogs in foster care. Chessi does great with older kiddos who want to play and offer her affection, however she would prefer a home without very young children. A quick note about Chessi is she is allergic to chicken based cat food. Thankfully, there are plenty of chicken-free food options available at the pet store and her foster can offer you a whole list of her favorites!
