Charlie was an outside cat and taken care of by a nice older lady. After he got bigger, she worried about him getting hit by a car so she had some neighbors reach out to our rescue. Charlie is a very sweet guy! He is a fan of lots of lovin, and will rub his head real hard on your face when he is getting lots of pets! He will take a few days to get used to your house and the his new pet family. Charlie has very mild cerebellar hypoplasia but it hasn't held him back from using the litter box like a pro and he has a great appetite! He keeps up with his cat and dog friends at his foster home!
