**Shy - Soft - Unique ** Charger is a super energetic kitty. He loves playing and interacting with other pets. He does get these bursts of energy like having zoomies and that's when he goes crazy for wand toys. When he's low on energy, he mellows out and gets very cuddly and becomes a sweetheart.
