Chanel (Spayed) (Photos 7/13/2024)

Chanel is an adorable one-year old female kitty who was brought to the HSOV on July 6, 2024 after she had been abandoned in a rental property. Chanel was accompanied by Barbie (an orange tabby-and-white kitty who had been adopted from HSOV in February 2024. Chanel has a brown tabby short smooth coat in a marbled tabby pattern, a long ringed tail, and a beautiful face with large golden eyes, a splash of white on her muzzle, a brown velvet nose, and long white whiskers. This little lovebug has an affectionate, outgoing personality and is quite the social butterfly. We stopped by to take preliminary photos of Chanel on July 13th after she had been moved to The Jungle Room (one of our adoptable cat rooms), and Chanel was ready to hop into the photographer's arms for some extra TLC (or perhaps a chance to scamper around for an adventure. We look forward to taking more flattering pictures of this little beauty in our 'studio'. Chanel was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on July 15, 2024. She weighs approximately 8 lbs. Chanel will be spayed in the near future and will be ready find a fabulous home. Naturally we'd love to see her and Barbie find a dream home together since they've been in the same home and have likely shared a lot in their young lives. UPDATE: Chanel was spayed on July 23, 2024 and was also given rabies vaccine. She weighed 6.7 lbs that day.
