April 2009: Why is Chanel still with us? She would like nothing better to be in a home but we have had very few inquires for her. She is sweet, gentle and those blue eyes!!! She gets along with everyone, is fine with a visiting dog and well...we just don't know....Please consider her as a loving family pet with many more years of love to give.
Chanel is a lovely 8-year-old whose owner brought her to a shelter because she had no more time to care for her. This is such a sad time for this little 5 Ib girl. She did put on a bit of a hunger strike when she first arrived but she is now the first one to meet you at the door and stretch her paws up to give you a hug and ask for just a little attention! She chirps with happiness when we see her and she sits waiting by the window in our adoption center for someone to come and take her home!
