Sweet Cello is so confused to why he is back at the shelter. He had come in as a baby, went to foster and his foster adopted him. Then life changed and he was brought back.This poor boy had never spent one day on the adoption floor before. Cello is a good boy, who has been around dogs. But, anytime you bring a new pet into the home, it will take time an adjustment. This boy deserves a stable, loving home. For now, we have in a cage and have volunteers and staff spending one on one time with him to show him it will all be ok, and his forever home will be there for him soon.
