Meet Cece. She is a precious young lady. She came to us pregnant and ready to have babies. She had four babies at our shelter, went with her babies to a volunteers home and raised her young kittens that are now waiting to be adopted at the Oasis. Now she has been spayed and she too sits quietly waiting for her person to come thru our doors.
