However, she does come with a high level of love that she's looking for, and in return, she will be a gentle and loyal companion. Cass came from a home where her owner passed away, and no family members were able to take her. We have sorted out a few medical issues for which she takes medication twice daily; she has already become accustomed to getting her pills and is a little lady at all times. Cass has thyroid disease as well as HCM (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy), but as long as she is taken to the vet for regular, frequent check ups, her health conditions can be well- managed. She would do best in a home with low activity and as a single cat where she can be the center of your world. Cass would enjoy spending days in a hammock just watching the birds outside, laying on a sofa during TV time, or perhaps as a computer expert if you work from home. Relaxing in a low stress environment along with gentle pets, and of course, telling her how beautiful she is with her unique calico markings, are all among her favorite pastimes, and would serve to provide her with the best home! Adoption fee includes carrier, scratching pad, starter pack of food and litter, and toy. We prefer kittens be adopted in pairs. We offer free advice anytime about your adopted cat. If, for any reason, it doesn't work out, we will take the cat back, anytime in the future. Potential adopters must be interviewed in person, at the shelter, and live within 150 miles of Cincinnati.
