Casper is a pretty spunky guy who loves zoomies! This man has jets hooked to his paws and once he’s off he’s gone. Don’t be scared! He will return!! It just takes him a couple seconds to finally relax. His favorite thing is to be rolled on his back and have his fosters rub his ears. He’s one unique little spunk of joy who enjoys anything and everything - toys, dogs, humans, other cats, and of course his ear and belly rubs before bedtime.
