Cashew came to Safe Haven from a horrible situation along with his good friend, Siesta. Both experienced neglect and were trapped and brought to our Scaredy Cat School, where shy and feral kitties are socialized to help them get over trauma and fear and develop into happy and social kitties. Cashew is an angel. He is so gentle and has just learned that it's okay to be on a person's lap and be patted and get ear rubs and even a belly rub. He is so polite and dear and is so sweetly bonded to Siesta who is shyer than Cashew but getting braver all the time. We love these two kitties dearly and have worked with them to get them to this point. They are both ready for a very loving home together.
