Hi, I'm Carlos. I had been living outside which is why I'm a little rough looking. I was trying to feed at a colony but seemed to be an outsider so the others often chased me away or attacked me. I'm currently staying in a foster home and I love getting petted and rolling in catnip. Also, I can be very chatty at times. I would like to find a forever home where I can be an only kitty.
