Carlos is available for pre-adoption at this time and is estimated to be fully vetted at the beginning of August. Carlos does require another kitten or young cat in the home. He has an adoption fee of $120, and can be adopted after he is fully vetted. Note: ARF reserves the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal.
