Carl was found scared, alone, and crying inside of an electric utility box on a street in St James.
Luckily, someone heard him meowing and came to his rescue!
Carl is now at our shelter, waiting for his home.
Carl is estimated to be around 9-10 weeks old.
He is SO happy, active, playful, and friendly.
He is going to bring a ton of joy and excitement into your life.
This little guy had a stressful beginning to his life and now he's ready to be loved and doted on.
Carl will be neutered and vaccinated.
He does great with his litterbox.
