UPDATE:1/11/07: Candy had been adopted over Christmas but was returned to us yesterday. According to her new owner, she "messed up" the Christmas ornaments and that upset his wife. Candy can't understand what she did wrong.....those bright, shiny ornaments looked like cat toys and they were so much fun to bat around! The husband really loved Candy and said she is a really good and beautiful kitty and he wished that he didn't have to bring her back. He hopes that some one else can see what a sweet girl she is and give her a home. Candy's picture does not do her justice! You must see this cat to appreciate her. Candy has a spay appt for the 17th so she will be fully vetted and ready to go. It is hard on the animals to go from a home environment to rescue/shelter life so please give Candy her chance at happiness and adopt her!Candy is a beautiful dilute calico long hair. She is very affectionate and doesn't mind other cats. Unsure about dogs since she doe not have direct contact with them. She is an adult and is awaiting her spay and vaccinations.
