Cali arrived with several other cats abandoned at a Sanitation District office, leaving her past a mystery. What is certain however, is that Cali, once fearful and elusive, now resides peacefully in one of our spacious rooms. Thanks to countless hours of gentle care from our team of dedicated volunteers, Cali has learned to trust, eagerly approaching for affection and particularly enjoying a good scratch on her backside. When not enjoying this special spoiling technique, Cali can be found relaxing in her hammock, content in her solitude. Cali requires a tranquil home with a patient individual willing to support her transition to a secure environment. She lives harmoniously among her roommates at STAF and would enjoy the company of other cats at home. Having earned her trust, it's a heartwarming prospect to imagine her finding a forever home where she is cherished after coming from an environment where she was a (once lost) treasure! DOB 2/2021 Cat adoption information and application can be found at www.staf.org. All cats and kittens have been vet-checked, spayed/neutered, and are up-to-date on vaccinations. Adoption fee includes carrier, scratching pad, starter pack of food and litter, and toy. We prefer kittens be adopted in pairs. We offer free advice anytime about your adopted cat. If, for any reason, it doesn't work out, we will take the cat back, anytime in the future. Potential adopters must be interviewed in person, at the shelter, and live within 150 miles of Cincinnati.
