Hi - My name is Caesar – I have had a rough go of it lately. You see my family loved me once,,,,,they declawed me and had me neutered and I lived like an emperor (hence the name my foster mom gave me) and then something happened and I ended up roaming for food and shelter and ended up with a feral Cat Colony in Lincoln Park NJ. Well, being declawed I am no match for the big ole tom cats and they beat me up….FOWA has been working on catching the cats in the feral colony and ensuring they are spayed and neutered so as not to increase the number of unwanted pets. After surgery they are released back to the colony and FOWA makes sure we have food and shelter. Well, I was someone’s pet and I don’t want to go back to the colony…I don’t have the ability to defend myself. Do you think I can come live with you? Or maybe you know someone who might invite me to live with them. I know I don’t look like the stately gentleman now but with some love and a home of my own- I could be that Emperor again…. This is a picture of me hanging out in the sauna. I love my foster mom but what I really need is a castle of my own.
