I'm a super sweet girl who loves to be brushed. I may take awhile to adjust to new situations, but I am affectionate and playful. Just a little shy.My favorite activity is sleeping on a cozy bed. I do like to play with toys I can hunt, too. I really like to be around people and assist them around the house. After our chores are done we can play or I can relax on your lap.

Update: Buttons used to be called Amelia; however, her name was changed when she was adopted. Unfortunately, Buttons was returned when her adopter became pregnant. It was an extremely difficult decision, but with sadness, one that she felt had to be made. Buttons was described as "a nice sweet cat". We also know that from Buttons' previous time at the shelter that she is not a fan of other cats. Not unusual, some cats simply prefer to bond with humans instead of cats. In addition, Buttons is a bit quiet, well mannered, very affectionate, and a "playful hunter".
Buttons wants another opportunity to find her 'forever' home. It certainly isn't fun to be returned after living in a warm and loving place.
Buttons is waiting to meet you at the Tigard Petsmart store. Adoption hours are Saturdays and Sundays from 12-4 or by appointment. Come meet all the wonderful adoptable cats and kittens from Cat Adoption Team!
