Hi, my name is Buttercup and I am THE "Princess Bride" from the movie! I have three brothers and we are looking for our forever home! We did have another sister but we were in such bad shape when we were finally rescued that she didn't make it. She actually died of flea anemia. We would have too if it had not been for a wonderful woman who rescued us and made sure we got the healthcare we needed! And I for one am so grateful!
My brothers are all so soft hearted. I am the toughest one of the litter! Maybe I felt like I had to take care of them, so I'm still a little bit shy and apprehensive around humans. Maybe someday I'll be able to love unconditionally like they do, but right now you need to earn my trust. My brother Wesley is still available for adoption and he's shy too, but we would love to be adopted together.
Please be aware our rescue's policy is that kittens be adopted in pairs when there aren't other furry pets in the home for the kitten to bond with.
