Not so tough as his name makes him out to be, Butch was found wandering an apartment complex looking for food and friendship. No pets allowed, though, so no one available to take him in.
A compassionate social worker brought him to a vet for a clean bill of health, then to ROAR. Butch is 1-11/2 years old.
He is neutered and up to date on vaccinations.
