My Story

Burrata is almost all black expect for a tiny white spot on her neck and white toes (like painted toenails). Although she appears to be a bit spicy at first, it’s mostly out of fear of a new environment. Once she is comfortable, she warms up fast and of course, treats help. She is the kind of cat who can appreciate some alone time and peaceful solitude, but once she is tired of that will follow her people around the house and meow for pets. She can be vocal with a unique shrill meow (very cute) and makes chattering noises through the window when she is watching the birds outside. Burrata will purr loudly the second that she is picked up by someone that she is comfortable with. She would do well with respectful children as she is a bit shy at first but would prefer a home with no dogs. Burrata and her sister Brie like to sit and look out the windows together. Burrata is usually found on the edge of the couch beside people that she loves or cuddling or playing with her sister. She is very playful and loves to play with the toys with Brie. Burrata and Brie are a bonded pair, and it is preferred that they are adopted together or at least to a home with another cat.
