My Story

Bunny spent some time in a loving foster home with her brother Carrot Top. Their foster mom says: "Bunny is a cuddly and affectionate girl, with a small streak of mischievous in there! She is very brave in new settings and loves to explore. She loves chasing toys - especially balls with jingle bells - and can send them FLYING with her excited antics. When she's ready for snuggles, she'll come to you and loudly demand to be held! She loves to snuggle close for bedtime. Bunny got her name because living with her is a little like having a pet rabbit! With her Manx Syndrome, her back legs are longer than her front and she often hops from place to place instead of walking. She also has a birth defect in her spinal cord which causes under-developed muscles in her booty, so she leaves "pellets" and piddles as she goes about her day. This is a life-long condition and there is no treatment for it. She was comfortable (and made an adorable fashion statement) wearing a DIY kitty diaper/jumper when exploring our house. Bunny is a super sweet and special little kitty, and I hope she finds the PURRfect home! Bunny did great with other cats in our house and tolerated our calm dog." I am spayed or neutered, vaccinated as appropriate for my age, microchipped, and FeLV tested. My adoption fee is $99.
