My Story

Because these kittens came to us during Lunar New Year, we named them after the Chinese zodiac! Bunny is sweet and still needs a little confidence getting to know people and new environments. She definitely has signs of being open to getting to know people better and does not complain about a good head scritch! When you get to know her, you will get to see the adorable black spot on her front paw that has us wanting to call her “Dot”. She is a good friend to both her brother and sister and is always with one of them. It’s the Year of the (Bunny) Rabbit! ? All the kittens have gotten along with the dog in the house and have shown considerable interest in becoming friends with our resident cat. These would be great kitties to add to a family with a cat. Southern Animal Rescue adopts kittens in pairs unless there is another cat in the home that would be an appropriate match for a kitten. Here is more info on why we have this policy: http://www.kittenlady.org/twokittens https://www.fundamentallyfeline.com/tarzan-syndrome-should-you-adopt-one-or-two-cats/ Bunny has a sister she can be paired with, Tiger https://tinyurl.com/SARtiger If you are interested in Bunny please fill out an application here: https://southernanimalrescue.coffeecup.com/forms/Cat%20app/
