Borghese

Borghese is a pure bred Chinchilla Silver Persian who hasn’t found her family yet. Her breeder no longer wanted her in the kennel. She is a striking beauty with her silky white coat and jade green eyes. Her personality is one of gentle sweetness that isn’t pushy or predicated on her own terms. When you touch and love on her, Borghese responds with a tender welcome, enjoying the moment with you. She’s one of those kitties with an “elevator butt” -- scratch on her lower back and she lifts up to push for more.

She does get along with other animals, including dogs. She is not particularly cuddly though and although will live cohesively with another animal, won't engage or bond to another animal. She's VERY independent. However when held, purrs and makes little contented sweet sounds. It takes a big time comfort level, however, Therefore, knowledge of Persians and their personalities is a Big Must! Patience and consistent love and attention is what Borghese lives........Ideal? Someone who is at home and will give her space and love while she becomes comfortable. She won't be forced. She has to earn trust first. Then, you've got her. We want a heart connection not an exterior connection........

This beautiful lady deserves a family who knows what it takes to care for exotics. She needs a home without lots of distractions. She needs a human companion willing to care for her and address the needs of her breed.
