Meet Bootstrap Bill. He's a Katrina victim, about 6 years old and found roaming the streets of Mid-City. He's missing a paw, the result of an old injury, but he gets around just fine. And he doesn't harbor any resentment either--he's as sweet, gentle, lovey as ever! He's enjoys being held and cuddled. He's used to freedom and absolutely hates being confined to his cage.
