Bonfire

Bonfire is just over 3 months old, she is a very affectionate girl, she loves attention and being held. She does great in our community kitten room where she spends her days playing with the others. Bonfire loves to pretend to hunt with the feather wand toy, but she is a gentle girl with people. Bonfire has been introduced to dogs, and does fine with dogs that are respectful to cats. When you adopt from us, you create space that will allow us to continue our saving efforts and help more kittens like Bonfire in need. **When we tested Bonfire upon intake, she originally came back positive for FIV. She will likely test negative after she is 6 months old, in most cases when kittens under 6 months old test positive for FIV, it is from the mom's antibodies still being in their system from birth.** PLEASE READ THIS TO ADOPT: WE ONLY ADOPT YOUNG KITTENS IN PAIRS unless there is ALREADY another young (2 years or younger) cat already in the home for the new kitten to play with. Having a feline friend can be incredibly beneficial for their social and emotional well-being, providing comfort and support throughout their lives. Please note that our animals are rescued and transported from South Mississippi where major animal overpopulation means less homes. We only transport them if adopted, in most instances, we can be available for a video call once an application has been approved. We are USDA certified and WE PERSONALLY TRANSPORT OUR adopted animals to meet their new families. We transport every 2-3 weeks. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, Microchip, Mississippi Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you
