A volunteer writes: Ginger gals are not that common but we host a lovely one at the Manhattan Care Center. Tiger Palm is a pretty dame relinquished into our care as her owner was moving to a place not allowing cats. Tiger Balm was a great pet, a lap cat always ready to play and cuddle with anyone beside other cats and dogs she prefered to avoid. At the care center, she is well mannered, quite interactive, curious of her surroundings, never in hiding when she has a visitor and ready to jump in his or her lap.She purrs, leans, head bunts and rolls on her kennel floor for more in depth petting(see video). Wearing a scarf is totally ok with her as she knows instinctivelythat it will enhance her natural beauty. Tiger Palm is a great cat for a senior savvy and loving adopter looking for an active and loving mature kitty. Ginger is already spayed and ready to move in with you to start a new and happy chapter in her life. A volunteer writes: Happy go lucky and open minded Tiger Palm loves a fresh perspective. She was napping in her cubby when I visited and instead of greeting me by coming forward, she enthusiastically flipped herself so she could see me upside down. She started kneading, communicating her excitement through her loving looks and happy paws. Tiger Palm knows that sometimes a simple change, like enhancing your circumstances as best you can, can make all the difference in brightening the day. We can see that she loves cuddles and she has been described as a lap cat who is friendly to people of all ages. While Tiger Palm can be a little nervous around other cats and dogs, she really just wants to find love. She could use a trip to the dentist but since Tiger Palm is a cat who smiles with her whole little cat self, it's just one small thing on her way to her being her best self with her forever family! My foster wrote: Bonbon is a sweet and elegant lady who loves her little cat tent and spends most of her time there sleeping, grooming, or just chilling. But every time I come home, she emerges from her cave, stretches, and runs to greet me with her beautiful eyes and soft meows. It's incredibly heartwarming when she cuddles beside me, offers head bunts, and rolls over, looking at me and happily purring while being petted. Her purrs and kneading beside me at night are the best lullabies. She is quiet and respectful, always cuddling with me when I go to bed and when I wake up in the morning. She always lets me rest peacefully without any disturbances, and my roommate has never heard her when I'm away for work. Bonbon would be a wonderfully sweet addition to your home!
