Blue was found with his siblings and mom in downtown Toledo. The whole bunch was hesitant around humans at first, but it didn't take long for this guy to come out of his shell. You can now find him taking turns chasing and being chased by the younger kitties in his foster home, as well as asking for attention from his foster family! He would do best in a home with a playful friend!
