Blaze

Introducing Blaze! This crazy orange boy came to us from Hitchcock Road Animal Services with his two siblings Sunny and Marmalade as a litter of stray kitties. Out of the three brothers, Blaze has the most energy! He's both the equivalent of having a puppy in the home and a new toddler! Blaze loves to plot his next move at any given moment, using the extra time his brothers are napping to sprint and get his zoomies out. He loves jumping but hasn't quite cracked the code on it yet, so it's more like he loves stumbling! When he is settled down, he loves to cuddle with his brothers and even still suckles on his blankets. Blaze would love to find a home with one of his brothers but would likely do fine in a home with another playful kitty. It is currently unknown how he will do with dogs but should be fine with a cat-savvy pup in the home. It's important to introduce any new animals to the home slowly and over time. Blaze's purr-ferred adopters would be adults only or families with cat-savvy children over the age six who can be home throughout the day to continue his positive socialization. Blaze is currently in Petco at Del Monte Shopping Center. A meet and greet can be scheduled once an application has been received.
