Hi. My name is Bitty and I am a very adorable girl. I recently lost my mom and am looking for a home where I can get lots of love and give lots of love. The best guestimate of my age is 10 - 12 years old. It did not take me very long to feel comfortable in my foster home. I like to nap on my foster's lap or stretch out on the carpet near her. I am pretty fast so trying to catch me for photos is a bit of a challenge, but I will let you snap a few so you can feel that you won the chase. One other thing you might want to know about me. I can be talkative at times when I want your attention. I have even been heard to say "Hello". The vet said I was very calm and easy to handle when getting my shots and nails clipped. I am microchipped, spayed, and current on my Rabies and FVRCP vaccines. I am unsure how I would take to other animals in the house. If you have other pets, a slow introduction would be best. I would do well with an adult-only household or children 12 or older. Animal behavior can vary with each person they interact with or the situation they face. Behaviors may also change at various points during the adjustment period. It is important to consider this when thinking about adopting and making sure you are prepared to work with any potential medical or behavior issues that occur after adoption.
