Binky was found as a tiny kitten hiding in some bushes behind a Morganton shopping center. He was starving and had an infected wound where half of his tail had been cut off. He is now a happy, healthy boy and he’s so thankful to have been rescued. Bink has been neutered and vaccinated, and he’s ready for his furrever home!
