Billy Bob was left with Billy Joe in a way-too-small cage in an abandoned lot. We have no idea why anybody would mistreat these amazingly sweet cats in such a horrible way. Billy Bob is a big ol' boy with tabby stripes and a clean white coat. He loves to rub against ankles then randomly flop on his back and flash his belly.
