I'm Billy, a little black kitten. I like to have people around and I'm nearby whenever possible. I'm not shy at all and when my foster family has guests I come to see and meet them. Maybe one of them will play with me. I have a little white spot on my chest which makes me extra cute. I'm a high energy kitten and don't ever get tired when I play. I love to play fetch with a scrunchi and bring it back so it can be thrown again. I also think that almost anything can be a toy and should be chased around. When I do get tired, I love to take extensive naps on a lap. I love to be picked up and held and can't ever get enough snuggles.
