Meet Billie a stunning mini panther born in December 2022.
Billie was dumped in a dog crate at one of our fosters homes. We brought her into foster care, got her vetted, and she's ready to find her forever home!
Billie is very cuddly and enjoys laying on your lap, especially when you're working at a desk. She doesn't bother you and just lays there calmly, and enjoys the occasional pet. She can be shy at first but once she knows you, she opens up and will follow you around. But it doesn't take her long. Within a few days she'll be purring in your lap. She does good with other cats, children, and has excellent litter manners.
