Billie tested negative for FeLV and FIV, is neutered, microchipped for identification, and vaccinated for rabies and FVRCP. He seems healthy but his urine is slightly more dilute than usual and he has a slight elevation in one liver value so monitoring by annual bloodwork and urinalysis is recommended.
