Beau

Beau is friendly with his trusted people, after he has gotten his bearings. He LOVES to be petted, and will flop and roll for optimal scritches, occasionally giving you a gentle love nip, purring up a storm. He also enjoys being stroked with a rubber brush. Beau is playful, and his favorite game is “set the puffy ball on the edge of the shelf and hit it down.” He loves to make up other games with pompom balls, including batting them back and forth with a human playmate. He also enjoys wand toys. He craves attention and interaction, and will chirp and meow to tell you about his day. Beau and his sisters were born to a feral mom in June 2023. After their caregiver passed away, another kind human started feeding the litter of four. The litter seemed promising for socialization, and they joined the HART family. Two of his sisters were adopted last year, and now it is Beau's turn for a FOREVER home. Beau's first two adoptions didn't work out, and we are praying the third time is a charm for this charming lad. Beau will need time to acclimate to new surroundings, and he might always be a tad jumpy, but he is overflowing with love for people who have taken the time to earn his trust and help him feel safe. Beau is so worth the wait and patience for his happy personality to emerge. He needs a family who is committed to a slow transition so that Beau feels comfortable and secure. Beau just celebrated his first birthday. He is neutered, up-to-date on shots, and tested negative for FIV and FeLV.
