*MEDICAL ADOPTION* Hi! My name is Baxter and I'm looking for a loving home to call my own! I've been at the shelter since June 20, 2024. I am a very shy and nervous gentleman that will require a calm and quiet home that gives me the time I need to fully decompress. Once I get comfy and trust you, I love head scratches and chatting at my favorite humans! I would most likely do best as the only pet in the home, and kids scare me so none of those please! My ideal home would be quiet and calm, with humans who are patient and understanding of cat behavior. If you are interested in adopting me, please visit Animal Allies at 4006 Airport Road or you can call the Adoption Team at 218-722-5341 as early as 10:30 AM and place a nonrefundable $25 hold towards my adoption fee to put you first in-line to adopt! Our adoption team is available via phone Tuesday-Saturday from 10:30am-6:00pm and Sunday 10:30am-4:00pm. Our adoption process is first come first serve. BAXTER'S ADOPTION FEE: $25 plus tax. This fee is used for the extensive costs associated with vetting and otherwise caring for Baxter and future pets at our shelter. Every adopter from Animal Allies receives a pet that has been spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Our pets also receive dental work or other treatments when necessary. In addition, Animal Allies provides free lifetime post-adoption counseling to help with any behavioral issues or concerns you may have for your new pet!
