BATMAN (Neutered!)

BATMAN is a friendly darling. He is a shorthaired, black male cat about two years of age with eyes that will draw your attention from anywhere in the room! He arrived at the shelter in mid June along with four other cats, all of them crammed into one cat carrier where they had been left for hours before their arrival. Even though it was the end of the workday, staff immediately jumped into action and removed each cat from the carrier to carefully bathe them and remove the filth and give them a Capstar tablet to kill the fleas. They were also vaccinated and given a dewormer. Luckily, all of them are thriving in their new environment and grateful for clean, dry surroundings that include plenty of food, fresh water and clean litter pans. Imagine that! The best news is that BATMAN is already neutered. That means that he can go home the same day that he is adopted! Serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared! That includes taking an adult size cat carrier with you to the appointment in case you do decide to adopt BATMAN. No animal should be allowed to run freely in any vehicle. Especially an animal that you have just adopted! Safety first!
