Banana Pepper and his fellow spicy siblings were part of TNR efforts (trap, neuter, release/return), however their mother was an older stray cat with numerous health issues who ended up humanely euthanized and the TNR crew couldn't bear to see these kittens face the same fate. Though they were hissy and wary of humans, they were brought into rescue and given the chance to simmer down and become affectionate kitties. Banana Pepper didn't take long to realize the indoor life of leisure was right up his alley and has become sweet, affectionate, and cuddly little dude. We are a foster home based rescue in Clarksville, TN, and our cats are in private foster homes in the Clarksville area. An adoption application is required to meet our kitties. Once your application is reviewed and upon approval, we will then provide the information to schedule a meet and greet with their foster. We are a 100% volunteer run organization and have varying hours, as our volunteers work during the day, our goal is to process adoption applications within 24-72 hours, please be patient with us!
