Baltazar isn't adorably sweet Kitten who is looking for someone to love him forever. He will make you laugh from the minute. He starts playing with his toys, tossing them all around the floor. He loves the feather on the stick and he will jump upside down to get it it's so much fun to watch. He is also the best at snuggles, he will jump on your lap on your lap And the minute you pet him, he will start purring up a storm, and he also will make biscuits. He will follow you all around the house as he really enjoys human company. He has the sweetest eyes and he is just the sweetest kitten ever. Please be his angel and come and save him.
