Bagheera

Bagheera is a handsome, solid grey cat whose personality is more of a dog in a cat’s body. This confident and relaxed boy will come when you call his name, especially if a lap is available for him to settle down in and soak up loving pets and cuddles. He enjoys playing with toys, by himself or interactively with his people, and is quite happy to watch birds and squirrels outside, or even CatTV on a screen. He is a little shy at first, but will be your best pal once he is comfortable. He is not a picky eater and likes wet or dry food of any kind. He has great manners and does not jump onto counters. This smart boy not only knows his name, he also understands the word ‘no’ and can associate it to something undesirable he may have done, and would not do that again. Bagheera is a very sweet and talkative boy and loves his person once imprinted. He may do well with another equally laidback and non-dominant cat as a friend at his forever home, so he can have lots of play when he is feeling energetic, and also a cuddle mate when he is tired from play. Our adoption fees cover vetting and include spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccines (initial FVRCP and rabies), flea treatment, two dewormings and microchipping. Adoption fees are $250 for each adult cat 1 year or older. Please note that fees may apply for additional required vaccinations (at $75 per booster) due prior to adoption. Total adoption fees will be confirmed by the AVA Adoption Coordinator.
