Hi there, I'm Baby Boy. I was surrendered to HOPE when my owner was unfortunately moved into assisted living after months in the ICU. Her daughters took care of me and my 5 roomies but it couldn't last long term. We were all very, very loved though!
I'm a shy guy, that's just how I've always been. I am the more confident of my siblings Gracie and Blackie, though. Our Mama Kitty is a little shy too. I'd probably do best in a calm home with a nice quiet place to adjust. It'll take some time but I would totally repay your patience with love as soon as I'm warmed up! I'm still not very open with the folks at the shelter except one of the cat attendants who I love to play with, she always talks to me, brushes me, gives me treats and all kinds of affection. If you think you can do similar, give me try!
(Also, I seem to be bonded to my sister Blackie, so ask about her as well.)
