Baby Bit is a great little kitten who likes to hope in bed when you do. He likes to play, and he enjoys the company of other cats and kittens. He is also a kitten with lots of luck. He is a survivor.
This little guy came to us in a litter of six, all of them removed from their mommy before they should have been weaned. They were undernourished and frail. One by one, they gave up life, leaving Baby Bit behind. Rather than isolate him from a kitty social group, his foster daddy decided to let Baby Bit meet the adult cats in the foster home. And Baby Bit held his own, running as fast as he could to keep up in playtime, climbing up the bedspread at night to cuddle with his foster parents, and take charge of his time at the food bowl. The little guy is great with lots of confidence.
Baby Bit will always be a baby to his foster parents so the name that was merely meant to identify him in the group came to be his own.
This wonderful kitten will handle just about any situation with confidence and maturity for one so young. His new family will have to respect him for his strengths and willingness to meet challenges.
